Wait, never mind -- this is a different one. The user [i]was[/i] suspended for not citing the copyright on the wallpaper of their Desktop Screenshot, a "violation" that isn't mentioned anywhere in the rules or FAQ.
Even so, I still think it is a wrongful ban. There have been several cases of dA admins banning users for posting pornographic content when it was obvious that the posting of the content was the result of a hack*. !Raimyu is a very notable example -- someone who was obviously hacked because they never would post objectionable content, and yet apparently the mods didn't give a crap.
* Technically, it couldn't have been a hacker. Either a script kiddy or a password-guesser.
